NPA was the perfect combination of kindergarten preperation, nurture and structure for my child. In the two years my daughter attended NPA, I have seen her grow socially and academically. Aside from treating each child as a student, the compassionate teachers treat the children as the individuals that they are and it is obvious that they love their job and care for the children.

Both of our children have attended NPA. My daughter, Aubrey, who is now entering third grade, had an excellent academic start at NPA, and was well prepared for kindergarten. My son, Alex, loves school just as much, and is learning so much in his time at NPA. The best part about sending him to NPA during the pandemic was knowing that Jaime took all the regulations very seriously, and did her very best, along with the other teachers, to keep my son safe. This is a wonderful preschool, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering sending their child!

I started sending my daughter to Northford Preschool Academy when she was 2 for the terrific twos program and we haven’t looked back since! She is going to be four in July and will be attending in the fall for her final year at NPA. My daughter has made leaps and bounds since joining this school. The activities they do in school are creative and keep the kids constantly learning without even realizing it because they’re having so much fun. There was never a day my daughter wasn’t excited to go to school and constantly talks about all of her teachers like they’re her best friends. We will be so sad to go, but are absolutely sending our youngest here as well when she comes of age!

After having a terrible experience with my sons preschool, I was blessed to join The Northford Preschool Academy family. I felt safe from the second I spoke with Jaime over the phone. She made me feel so comfortable and was so kind listening to my concerns about trying preschool again. My son now loves school. He talks about how great his school is and how wonderful his teachers are. The biggest weight has been lifted off of my shoulders because NPA made me feel confident in leaving my child in the hands of others. I would recommend this school to anybody, over and over again. I owe so much to Jaime and NPA for everything they have done to help myself and my son! You can feel just how much the children are loved and cared for.

Where do I begin? My oldest son started at NPA 5 years ago as a young preschooler (turning 3 in December). The strides he made that first year that continued onto his second year of preschool there, were paramount in his success in Kindergarten. He was truly excited about learning and confident in the skills he had learned. I knew, without a doubt, that I wanted my two younger children to have the same pre-school experience as he did. The school is exceptionally clean, highly organized and truly ‘feels like home.' Miss Jamie, Miss Maria & Miss Kristen are loving and nurturing which makes the transition away from home less stressful on parent and child. Miss Jamie is also in close contact with the K-2 staff in the town’s public school system and is able to prepare the children for the demands of Kindergarten. With my youngest in his second and last year at NPA, I will truly miss the bond our family has made with the school and staff. I highly recommend Northford Preschool A

Choosing Northford Preschool Academy for my sons preschool has been the best decision I have made thus far. The teachers are wonderful educators and he is learning a great amount but what I think benefits him the most is their kindness, encouragement and love. He absolutely adores Miss Jaime, Miss Maria and Miss Kristen.

I couldn't be any happier in deciding to send my son to Northford Preschool Academy. Miss Jaime runs a terrific program that encourages kids to learn and have fun. Her background in the public school system and passion for what she does makes her an incredible teacher. Miss Jaime, Miss Maria and Miss Diane make such a great team and truly care about each and every kid in the classroom. My son loves going to school and loves his teachers. I can see his skills growing and improving throughout the year and I look forward to another year in the extended day program. I say with confidence that this program will have my son prepared and ready as he moves onto kindergarten.

This has been an amazing final preschool year for my son. I only wish we had found NPA last year!! As a fall birthday boy who is now five but not yet ready for Kindergarten, we wanted a part-time program that would combine school readiness with an emphasis on social-emotional development through play. NPA's extended day program fit the bill perfectly and my little guy has made incredible strides in every way. Miss Jaime's approach is warm, loving, supportive, and structured. Children know what to expect and what's expected, but the lessons are always new. Miss Diane and Miss Maria provide excellent assistance and form tight bonds with all the kids. Plus, Diane's expertise as a school nurse is indespesible. Overall, we cannot say enough about NPA!

Northford Preschool Academy came highly recommended from educators in our town. They said that Miss Jaime & her staff have done a wonderful job in preparing the kids for Kindergarten, since Miss Jaime used to be an elementary teacher. Miss Jaime, Miss Diane and Miss Maria are just amazing with the kids. This is my daughter's first year here at NPA. She is learning a great deal while making wonderful friends. It is evident that NPA has made a positive impact on our daughter & her love for learning and exploring. She looks forward to going each week; her new favorite day of the week, she says, is Monday! We couldn't be happier!!

The staff and parents are amazing. This is my daughter's first year there and I'm so happy with the school. It's going to be very hard to leave after next year. I highly recommend this school. Miss jamie is a doll, and miss diane, and miss Maria are angels as well. Can't say enough about northford preschool academy! !
